PitchLogic is designed as a privacy-respecting mobile football management game. We believe in minimal data collection. Your gameplay data, custom tactics, squad rosters, and manager progression are stored locally on your mobile device.
2. Information We Collect
📱 Local On-Device Storage
Game saves, settings, squad configurations, and career statistics are saved directly on your device via standard local storage. We do not transmit or sell your personal game progression to third-party advertising brokers.
⚙️ Technical & Diagnostic Data
Our platform services (such as Expo and Google Play Services) may collect standard, non-personally identifiable diagnostic logs (such as app crash logs or performance metrics) solely to maintain application stability.
3. Third-Party Services
PitchLogic utilizes minimal, secure infrastructure to power online leaderboard updates and game asset distribution:
- Google Play Services: Used for secure application distribution, app updates, and mandatory Play Console crash reporting.
- Supabase / Cloud Database Services: Used for processing non-sensitive game asset metadata and online leaderboard records if enabled.
- Expo Framework: Provides cross-platform runtime stability and core mobile API execution.
4. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)
PitchLogic does not knowingly request, collect, or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13. The application contains no social media tracking plugins or aggressive third-party data harvesting tools. If you believe a child has submitted personal data to us, please contact us immediately so we can remove it.
5. Data Retention & Deletion Instructions
Because your save files and manager stats are stored locally on your device, you have complete control over your data:
- Resetting In-Game Data: You can clear your career progress at any time directly through the in-game Settings menu.
- Complete Data Erasure: Uninstalling PitchLogic from your device or clearing the app storage in your Android device settings instantly and permanently deletes all locally stored data.
- Account / Online Data Requests: To request manual deletion of any cloud-associated record, please email us with your user identifier at our support address below.
